IMHO i think the whole "live like a king" is based on everyone's personal preference. personally, i like to live good so spending about 2k-3k while i visit (or more) compared to the dumb prices i spend here in the states, i clearly do "live like a king"

So, my friend and I are arriving mid February for about 45 days and we are other stumped or can't seem to agree on whats better for a 45 day stay: guesthouse, condo, or hotel? we are both lazy but he isn't comfortable paying a deposit online. I know i need wifi and a safe. I'm thinking somewhere along beach road and possibly out near soi buakhaow(is that spelt right?) any suggestions?

i have been to LOS free! however, it did come at a price of being on a ship for 3 and a half weeks. Joys of being in the navy. I've had the military fly me there for free last trip, but the cheapest to date was $550. Then again that was 4 years ago.
