    We stayed at the City Garden Condominium in Phratamnak on Kasetsin Soi 1 for 6 months the last time we went to Pattaya. The building was very new and we enjoyed our stay there. It has a nice pool and a sauna and steam room on the ground floor. The staff were brilliant and it was a pleasant environment. There are two 7 Elevens nearby and lots of good restaurants too including the Sky Gallery. Phratamnak is a great place to stay in Pattaya. We paid 15k a month not including bills but the the utility bills were only cheap. Around 800 a month and we used a lot of electric. We didn't get ripped off
