Not good enough, Welbeck can't even make an angle , never knows where to run...Chambers looks like a junior player

I cant see Arsenal making the top 4, they are kicked out of it too easy and the defence is appalling .. Man utd will be 3rd, next year a few defenders they could get second... Chelsea are a good bet for CPL they can win ugly , win on break and win playing ....

Good point as regards drink driving, I know one guy who was smashed up the insurance paid but he was very lucky thye never asked for a blood test...

Not sure Man Utd can afford what Chelsea can, they ran the squad down a lot only Fergies greatness kept them at the top, how they won the EPL against the two city and Chelsea squads was amazing.. Fergie

Changing every 2 or 3 years runs at about 1000 a month in depreciation, for a new bike as you say its pretty good.

Condo is one word, some will slump others will rise as all property location location... I am sure you will get one on the second road Jomtien for a cheap price.... most would not want for nothing.. Dont bank on Northshore dropping though

You can't compare Arsenal with Man utd the do t have the money, same as you can't compare Man utd with City and Chelsea wages are much higher, in time Man Utd wiłl get back. Smalling, Evans, Jones , Carrick these players are not good enough for city or chelsea... Arsenal are in the 3rd level of finance , buying Welbeck evidences this he is not good enough for City or Chelsea, nor the second level team Man utd, so he goes to a 3 rd level side.... It's money at the top pure and simple, Spain,Germany etc all have two teams...

43 is not a big condo,, its a studio,,, the are studios as they are not big. A Hotel room is not a condo, its a hotel room and irrelevant.... As most condos are small, I would say a big condo is 80 metre + , I only say that as there are some as small as 28 .... but a studio room under 50 can't be big as I see it ....
