Keep singing your sad songs Gabor.. why is VT2 selling for 1.5 million with 5 and 6 selling for 2.7 and 4 million... if VT2 was so much better would it not command that price ? You will be saying next when you buy one on the 3rd floor with no view its worth as much as the one on the top floor .. Keep singing the sad songs.. its kinda mournful

Card entry system in VT2 lol.. I walked in there 3 times the door was wide open .. With wider corridors and indeed larger balconies and units where are the savings ? there are none, the world develops cars are better now than there were 10 years ago.. Having a balcony you cant use and indeed and angled room due to that is not the best design, VT6, VT5 and VT are far better than VT2 it shows in the price, as for pools shrinking are you saying they are too small for the traffic ? I have seen VT6 full yet the pool has 5 people , in VT 5 I have never seen more than 5 people

The market shows VT5 and 6 are more expensive than VT2 , the reasons are many , VT2 has a balcony you cant use silly little angle design, since then 5 and 6 have larger balconies you can use , also the wider corridors and the generators which take you up and down in a power cut, in VT2 you need to walk down , but when I was there you had to walk up also :) Security is very good in VT5 and 6 with guards at the lift area and indeed patrolling the car park and bike parks taking the numbers of the bikes cars etc. In fact in 5 and 6 the security is execllent, I walked inti VT2 twice and

A big balcony on a hot side a liability, on a cool side a bonus.....The Quota is sold in VT5 and VT6 , my point being a smaller condo cost less and the biggest waste of space is as you suggest a balconey you cant use, through either being to hot or to small. VT2 is what it is, no matter what the ologists say

What ologists like you cant deal with is fact, VT2 the aging condo block with narrow alley ways is 12.5% smaller than VT6 and VT5 so when you quote your 1.5 million you need to add 12.5% for a like for like, even you know 0.8 kilo of bananas cost less than a kilo of the same bananas... So when you say its cheaper..its also smaller With a balcony so small its no use and corridors like rat runs plus a pool with tiles missing Now they are facts, no matter how you spin it as for cockologist well clearly you suck them . you seem to suck up anything like here..... Unsold.. hm

yesterday the maint in VT5 was not 6000 lol.. What sizes are the pools ? but you making the floors smaller in VT5 was funny.. still ologists are ologists.. how do you plan on making up the 12.5% in space ? you need to add on 125% on the price also that takes to 1.7 million lol... but what I would like to see is how you make the corridors wider and the balconies 4 times the size ? Sling in beach front access... and you have a few differences , those are a few differences which clearly drives the prices,, I would not lo=ive in VT2 but 5 and 6 I like up to me,, The market

The VT2ologist strikes again, can I ask you how you have made VT2 taller than VT5 when it has less floors Are the ceilings higher in VT 2 ? The market dictates what a thing will sell for, if VT 5 and 6 renters thought buying VT was better would they not ? Not even ologists can alter a market as you well know, VT2 is cheaper than 5 and 6 as its not as big not as good, thats how it works

Well when I was there a month ago the 1st block had a power cut and the lifts were no working ? VT6 and VT5 turn them straight on ... Again reflected in the price

No idea what your mate is a paying I know for a fact VT5 and VT6 are 6000 for a 48 and double for a double unit.. VT 6 has no voids and has a high demand, have you rented yours yet ? How many pools does VT2 have ? is the combined sizes of both VT5 pools bigger VT 2 has broken tiles in the pool and has smaller corridors, that means less light :) you can put more lights in but you cant make the alley ways wider You see VT2 is older than 5 or 6 , thats why they made bigger balconies and bigger passage ways they learnt as the went..... Everything in life is a gamble, Los could change and worst case you always need to consider but avoiding the high rental payments on decent places gives a return from day one, as for sound investments well some investments are great others not so as long as you happy with your overall plan not an issue............... A mate of mine is paying 28k a month on VT6... do that for 2 years !!! I know another lad who has paid over £48000 in rent in 9 years in Los, pay your money and talke your chances....

I looked at one on the North side it looked out onto a wall and a few feet above were fans making a row, was up for 2.6 funny enough as a short term rental it would probably do ok but I would not buy it. The ones on the other side have great views........... to date .......

The fees in VT5 and VT6 are 6000 per year for a 48 metre unit, not sure how you feel VT6 is overpriced its not its a prime spot you cant get decent rooms to rent for less than 24k in peak 30k, you cant buy decent rooms for less than 4 million, like you I would not want to live there but for the people who have a decent views they are getting a great return the people who bought low and have had the Hilton and mall build next door , well thats life. For sure there are the buys and not buys each to their, own issues arise when one tells the other camp what they should do its up to individuals what they buy and what they rent ... I am more than happy with my (Gestapo Khazi ) modest investment in Los I would have paid 480k in rent in that time.... but each to their own... Hope the old fella is OK ..

VT 6 you will pay 4million + some are asking 5 million and are getting 28k rent million for a decent room 48 metres, VT 2 has a very small angled balcony you cant use... they are good value but you get what you pay for... I agree re 8 too far out and 7 is a poor design, 6 and 5 are the best IMHO the market prices also reflect that... A market is a market and you get what you pay for, you are looking at a 12% yield very tidy....makes me laugh when people say don't buy in Thailand . don't pay 12% rent is what I think ...

The fit out of a condo drives the rental cost, plus hot side cold sde baht bus etc.. Gabors looks a fair price, the web says 10/15 mons to walking st.. thats way over the top Its 5 to 8 mins. VT2 is not a bad location, room looks ok , should go for the price or there abouts..
