Man U can win it now, I have been told the run in is easier I must confess I thought City would win it when I look at the Man U team they dont seem as good as City but Rooney and Ferguson inspire IMHO, if they do win its a great win as it were. As an aside I feel Man Utd ducked out of the Europa and you cant blame them, Ferguson is amazing no matter what anyone says

Investing in a Pattaya condominium
Parkwahn replied to Siam Sam's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
Garys, post gives the legal position. As for rentals, I know a guy who has 14 units as always location is key but also fit out , a decent one in VT6 will rent easy with a decent yield, others in old blocks away from beach not as easy. The guy with the 14 states unless you can get them let in high season for a year its not a doddle, but he is still buying them so who knows. -
They are 30% to 40% more than UK, cant comment on Aussie, its probably as your rate is good and the UK is fucked,,, = 47 to the £

In Los at least 60% more in Thailand, there is a nutrition shop on Soi Bukkao cheapest I have seen

Investing in a Pattaya condominium

If you are married when you buy at the Land office you are asked to declare whether you are or not, overnight it becomes half hers. As regards investment, I would only buy in Los if you intend using the property the rents are very high here , a mate has booked VT 6 for 3 months paying 28k a month. If its in our name you will have to declare your marriage at the Land office, or commit fraud not sure where that puts you , my view on Thailand is abide by the laws. I bought almost 2 years ago and have been offered what I paid it, so no capital appreciation but I have saved -
They do good food there had the chicken wraps a few times 175 baht very nice indeed, had teh breakfast once doing a visa run very good also.. the place is well run quailty food they serve.

If you want a feast the buffet on the Diana Dragon is good 130 baht , Thai food farang food , fruit allsorts.. If you are hungry it must be the cheapest in town, 4 eggs 6 slices of bacon , 4 slices of toast 2 orange juice, 2 coffee, Cornflakes, Melon, Pineapple.. I was in foodland and they do a breakfast 100 baht I think but I saw a sign in you ar ethere from 6.00 - 9.00 am its 50 or 60 baht the prices and times may not be right but you get the picture,

Very true its a great little place for quick meal, but it cant be called the "best" its great value but its a Thai cafe really, very popular and very good mind but a cafe nevertheless..

Keep a copy, if the car were to get broken in the person could change the name of the owner.

History is just that, I am just saying City and Chelsea with the money are changing the game.
-
In the money they pay the players, like Arsenal they cant afford to buy at the top of the transfer table.... They are so far behind in salaries, thats the point.
-
It shows the strength , look at the teams getting smashed every week at the bottom the team with the most expensive reserve team wins the league or the team with the highest wage bill. By so far away they have Welbeck and Jones , Carrick these would not get in Citys side , Man utd cant pay Snijders wages......... Chelsea and now City have set a new benchmark, in wages............ they will get the best players the best players make the best teams and win things its all pretty simple.
-
There is no such thing as a feeder club, but Man utd are in the same position they cant afford Ronaldo or most of the Man City players or Chelsea players, the ground has nothing to do with Arsenals situation they cant afford to pay the wages Man City or Chelsea can so lose their best players. Same as Man Utd now, they are so far behind City its amazing ,,,,,,,,,,, Man City , Barcelona and Real Madrid have the power.............
-
In theory, yet since 2006 when they had to sell Cole as they cant compete with the salaries they were always going to be a second string club, lets see of Spurs can hang onto Bale , Modric, Walker and the Dutch lad ...whose name escapes me.. I still think Wenger has done well, each year the best players have left for more money .... cant blame them but you cant sell your best players and compete at the top. There are 9 ex Arsenal players at City, ( So I read) Platt, Viera, Toure, Clichy, Nasri, Adebayor...........
-
Very true, its hard not to see the teams with the most money get the big decisions. Spurs have been a credit to football this year, played some terrific stuff even as a Gooner I hold my hat off to them, they are still a proper club unlike Chelski and Man Cuwait ...

I retired 2 years ago, since then have been asked to work 3 times which I accepted short gigs maybe 21 weeks in total. Back in Thailand 10 weeks, with golf, going to the gym, Thai classes , few teelaks and recently bought a big bike to expolre more of Los time flys it takes a while to adapt no one says on their deathbed they wished they worked more. Retiring in Thailand is not for everyone , if you have addiction issues keep away I would say. I have been offered a few business propositions here but non have taken my fancy, hats of to guys who run bars but I could n
