I just started using them on the last trip. I was pretty scared of them as i know a couple people who have been killed back home on bikes and a few who have been injured. But i got stuck on 3rd road at night with a fellow BM and his thai GF who rode his bike and we needed to goto my hotel and no BB where in sight. So i sucked it up and got on one and to my surprise it wasnt bad. Then i used them the rest of the trip. way faster and worth extra baht. only had one close call and that was on soi cyber cow with an asshole pulling out in front of us and driving driving very slow to top it off. I highly recommend them. Where the helmet they give you and if he seems drunk DON'T get on the bike.

I stayed at Auguest Suites both times i was in thailand and never had a problem but this time i got a tattoo on my back and it left an imprint on the top blanket. They informed me on check out that they would wash it and if the stain came out no problem but if it didn't they would charge my CC 3000 baht. Well i guess it came out since they didnt charge me. just my 2cents

Sam, Thank you for your post, I loved your tr and it's a shame not more people read it Although 5-6000 views is alot but anyways Thank you for your advice, i knew before posting i would get flamed from a few bm's but i did learn a few things. The main thing, that i guess i didn't explain it well is i consider her a friend not a girlfriend or sponcer. There is zero chance of me sponcering her. Also if you read my post, i haven't known her for 5 days i've known her since May 2010 when i first went to thailand. I spent 5 days with her when i was i just there a few weeks ago.
