The tattooist in the wunderbar complex just behind scooby's bar on 2nd road is highly rated. My old man had some cover up work done and he did a great job. I use an ebook reader and the kindle app on my Galaxy S2. Then I only carry around one thing. The screen is big enough to read ebooks comfortably as the app resizes them to fit the screen perfectly. It would help if dibble weren't buffalos and enforced all laws when they stop people. I was stopped a year ago on our new motorbike. Brand new bike all lights working full insurance both wife and I wearing helmets and a Thai driving licence. My crime? Waiting at Klang lights 6 inches over the stop line. Bike next to me 4 thais 2 of them kids no helmets and probably no licence etc.... When I questioned this with Buffalo he said I'm on line duty not helmet duty..... From 1 yr to 5 as we've pointed out above you don't do any of the tests. Only 1 residence Cert was needed for my 2 licences but they did take both Doctors letters. Make sure there are no errors changed on the Doctors letter because they wont accept them. I had to get mine re written because the Clinic wrote down 2554 for the year instead of 2555 then changed the 4 to a 5. Other than that it is quick and easy.

I run Android on my phone and Malware is a big scare put out by the competitors. And developers prefer ios purely because they get paid for everything they do as Apple charge for everything whereas on Android there are a lot of Freebies available as well as paid apps. But for performance, value for money and flexibility as a user Android is head and shoulders above. My stock voice recognition software works very well on my phone, if Google are improving it then fantastic it will be even better. I charge 200 baht for a100 baht tester on my site. The more you top up the cheaper it gets. Paypal make a big charge of 4.5% plus 35 baht per transaction. So on 100 baht that's about 40 baht in charges. That will also be why the other guy charges $6 my site is all in baht and Paypal use the banks middle rates plus 2.5% on currency conversion.
