  1. Price has been reduced to 650,000 baht as I would like to sell this one.
  2. Just to let everybody know this condo has now been leased.
  3. Tha market appears to be slowly moving into high season. Had a couple of queries from agents this week at the 800k price tag.
  4. Papillon you really are a wanker and always manage to show your ignorance in every post you make
  5. Hehehehe. If it was up to me I would buy one but my wife is a cleaning freak, loves to clean. She would see one of these as competition and would probably try to kill it. Good luck with selling the last one.
  6. This is amazing, I have one exactly the same. It is called my wife
  7. Due to the overwhelming offers to buy I have decided to also offer this unit as a rental at 6000 baht a month plus services eg electricity, water, sophon cable. PM or email me if interested. Colin
  8. BW. A mate of mine has been offered an empty shell in your building, 8th floor and they want over 2.2M for it. I told him to have a look this post and save himself some money. Do I get commission
  9. Looks OK but I cannot work out the pics. Have they taken out the bed to take the second photos? Also cannot tell which side of the building its on, view , noise from road etc but it is cheap.
  10. Good price for this building and I like the view. If I had some spare cash I would be contacting you. Good luck with selling.
  11. I would like to publicly thank Volsfan who contacted me and offered to post the pictures for me. Thank you very much. As I said in my PM I owe you a beer or two.
  12. Yesterday I told the Agents to reduce the price of this condo to 800,000 baht so I have reduced it on the board to 775,000 baht as there is no commission involved.
  13. I honestly have not got around to checking it out. But I know a basic room in original condition, eg 15 years old etc, cost between 450,000 and 600,000 baht so I would not expect much for a top floor room at 600K. Thanks for putting this link on. It explains a lot better than I can where the building is, plus gives people a idea of what it looks like. But it has been completely painted since this photo was taken. It is now a mustard brown sort of colour.
  14. Thanks for the info but I do not have a computer. I am using an internet cafe. But I will see a mate and possibly load my photos onto his PC and then post them. I will see how I get on.My photos are currently sitting in my email a/c.
  15. No definitely not. I have this with 2 agents at 850,000 baht but reduced the price for the forum as there is no agents commission. But 600,000 is a good price and I will have to check out which side of the building it is on. If it on the Theppasit Rd side it is probably only worth the 600,000 due to the heat and road noise.
  16. 32 sq metre condo for sale in Hagone Condotel 605 Moo 10 Theppasit Road. 5 Minutes from Jomtien and South Pattaya. Fully furnished, Cable TV, Kitchen, refrigerator. Foreign owned. Top floor of a 7 storey building. Views of Jomtien skyline. Photo's further into post.
  17. My 6 year old daughter goes to Wuttichot Bilingual School. Teach in English and Thai. The school also has a International School behind it that just teaches in English. Fees for Wuttichot are around 52,000 baht a year but I would expect the International school to be more. My friends 9 year old daughter goes to the Regents and he is paying around 500,000 baht a year when extra's are included but Regents has got the reputation for being the best school. If your kids will only be here for a year or two the english only speaking international schools would be the go.
  18. There a few good schools about. I did a 3 months course at ABS which is in Sth Pattaya. Cost was 16K baht. I still cannot speak bloody thai but thats not the schools fault.
  19. I have found the smart ladies will take care of a resident better than a tourist because they understand if you like them you will come back again and again over a long period of time thus generating a regular income for them. Some will not show much interest wanting to chase big bucks over a short time from holidaying farangs but there are so many ladies who cares. But I would suggest never bring a lady back to your room until you feel you know her well and are comfortable she will not turn into a stalker
  20. I am supporting 3 people. Wife daughter and me. Our average spend is 60K a month when factoring in 50K a year school fees, and other associated living expenses. I own our condo so there is no rent to pay. I go out twice a week and spend around 3K a week on drinks, some farang food etc. I have not allowed a cost for personal recreational activities as that would be up to the individual, amount of viagra taken etc. The alternative is to make a lot more money and work 5 to 6 days a week back home and after being here 7 months that certainly is not an option that I would consider.
  21. I went down Soi Siam Country Club 2 weeks ago and you can now see the road works to the North running parallel to the rail line.
