I couldn't wait so i've just called them and i was told there's a 3 weeks turn around on tourist visas...... due to the high demand and if i have a november flight my application would not be processed until the week before my flight.. this could turn into a months turn around

i would suggest not to rent longer than 6 months as its money down the drain.. i would look at condo buildings as often as you can to get and only ones that suit your price. ask if the falang percentage has been used up, if so then you can't by in your name and why would you rent in building your not going to be able to by a property in your own name. 1 i checked out a few places in my budget 2 drove thru a few times a day 3 i met poeple that was living there 4 found out if the falang percentage was still available 5 found a condo and did the deal. i had a friend living on

sent my passport and papers off a week ago not heard nothing and the money is still in my bank.. i applied for a triple entry tourist visa... i'll give it til monday then i'll call them.

Cracking food in the rock house. i had eaten there on my last visit and will be when i move over soon...

i'm at the back end of my big plan which has almost been a 2 year plan. i got my self a condo and i've done the place up over the last 12 months knowing I'm going to be moving over by the end of the year. i would say not paying rent can only be a plus and give you more money in your pocket.

im not 100% sure about the cover, so im not going to say as yet as im checking the full policy and i'll let you know. i know in thailand the insurance isn't the same as other countries and many hire companies show the full price of the bike that is payable to loss of property. i know over the last few months the insurance has changed for hire companies and they need to state the bike is for hire and thats the policy i need to check. i'll get back to you soon

why would anyone want to book thru someone they don't have any come backs on... its so easy now to book with the hotel on the web.. Any one ever heard of the fly drive scam...... they let you believe they are booking you into a 5 star hotel and when you drive there its the motel over the road your booked into thats cost you the price of a 5 star hotel.
