This is a very small place right opposite the bay breeze hotel soi honey inn, twice a week on Thuesday and Thursday they have steak evenings, the lady brings all the steaks to you so you can pick your own..they are all T- bone and big, then it is cooked right there out in the soi in a BBQ type oven, you get a jacket potato, side salad and corn on the cob with this, its very good value at 350 baht, highly recommended

Im as much in the dark as you are, its doubtful we would lose our money, but I don`t want the money I want my holiday FFS, I waited long enough for it I would hope the airlines would try to get us on flights one way or another..remember these airlines have got to get passengers into the UK as well as out, if the first two strikes take place I may look at the possibily of finding another way of getting there. this is discussed in my thread in airline deals (a question please)

I thank you for all your replies, and will take them all on board, Chivas I understand what you are saying and you can rest assured I will take it up with Thai before I make any decisions on this, I really do need to be in BKK by the 19th at the earliest, this is why I am looking at all options right now. I really don`t want to throw 344 quid away but this is what I may have to do if we get nearer the date and the strikes have not been resolved.

24 hour strikes starting on the 7th and 14th and a 48 hour strike starting on the 17th
