  1. Flew several times with China business class. No problems, u get what u pay for. Gazelle service (Newcastle) was absolutely superb! Speak to the manager called Nick. He is a top guy and cant do anything more for you!
  2. Whats it like though? I dont really want his 1st experience of Pattaya to be in a horrible flea pit of a hotel. Any reports on Welcome Plaza? I have heard they used to have bed bugs, has this been sorted now?
  3. A good friend of mine will be visiting Pattaya for the 1st time in the Summer. He says he is looking to pay £15 or £20 maximum per night. Myself and my wife will be staying at the Marriott so he would like to stay close by to the Marriott. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
  4. Ring Mr toom - I booked him from Bkk to Hua Hin - Great fast journey
  5. I have used China Airlines serveral times. Very good airline. I fly Business class with them and would recommened it.
  6. In the Summer my wife and I and going to take a trip to Hong Kong for a week. I have never been there before so I dont know what area of Hong Kong is the best to stay in. I would like to be central and obviously near the entertainment district. Any ideas? I have been looking at hotels in Wan Chai and Central but dont know which is best Any help much appreciated. Thanks
  7. I always drink San Miguel Lite when in Thailland. I find Heiniken and Singha harsh.
  8. I have flown with China Airlines business class several time and think the service is excellent. I would definately recommened them. I have booked my flights using Gazelle in Newcastle aswell.
  9. The Hilton is awersome - Would highly recommened it! It is bang right in the centre of town and it is literally a walk down the steps and your into the centre. The hilton has a nightclub loacted on the side of it where a number of freelancers come every night!
  10. Outstanding hotel, superb location and real 5 star service. I stay in the Marriott with my wife so never get any problems but I am sure that they are guest friendly.
  11. A good friend on mine is always talking about visiting Hell club this Summer when he is in Pattaya. Although he is not fully attatched (Married) to his g/f they r very close and spend alot of time together. My question is, How discrete r the girls after u have had a session with them? My mate does'nt want to be walking along walking-street or partying in Lucifers with his g/f and for one of the Hell girls to come upto him and say great anal session the other day, or in words of that effect! Cheers.
  12. I have booked to go out on the 21st July (1st day of school holidays) and am paying £618 from Newcastle - Cheapest price by an absolute mile!
  13. When I check in at Newcastle, what do u think the chances r of being able to upgrade to business class? I am a card holder but dont think I have that many miles on it. I would pay the difference aslong as its not too ridiculous of an amount!
  14. Hi Top_cat, I am having the same problem as u mate. Last Summer (July/August) myself and my wife flew business class or Dynasty class as its known with China airlines and paid £980 each, this year when I enquired about the price using both gazelle and courtneys they want around £1300! So I have just bite the bullet and booked economy which was still £620 each! I fly the same route as u , newcastle-amsterdam-bangkok I just cant believe the increase in flight prices!
  15. I have booked the Marriott for my Months stay in July through Airline Network. I used them last year aswell to book the Marriott as they r the cheapest by a long way. I am paying £48 a night
  16. Hi everyone, I was speaking to a good mate of mine who owns Spicy girls go go in Soi Pattayaland and he informs me that he is putting the place on the market for 5million o.n.o. Dont know if any of the board members will be interested or not, just thought I should divulge the information to u all. Cheers everyone.
  17. Thank you for the apology Plahgat. By me and my wife staying in the Marriott for a month this does not mean that we r paying for happiness at all! We want to stay in the Marriott because we stayed there last Summer and really enjoyed our trip. I has been to several places in Thailand during 18 trips and I am only 26 and stayed in a range of different rated hotels! But now when I go to Thailand I like to stay in a decent hotel and enjoy my holiday with my wife. I do not judge u because u want to spend $5-10 on a hotel room for the night, I dont care. I do not go on like I am big spender e
  18. Whats wrong with me wanting to stay in the Marriott? in my opinion nothing at all! I work hard and when me and my wife come to Pattaya we like to stay in the Marriott for several reasons. So its got nothing to do with anyone else apart from me and my wife, why judge me because I stay in the Marriott! I dont judge u because u pay xxx baht for where u stay, I couldnt give a shite! I got better things to do such as lie by the Marriott pool and swig bottles of cristal champagne like there is no tomorrow
  19. Thanks for all the replies. I have booked 2 nights in the Bel-Air Princess staying in one of their club tribeca rooms. Also booked 4 nights in the Hua Hin Hilton. Anyone stayed there before? Cheers.
  20. When they do start up Emirates from Newcastle, will the trip include a couple of hours stop-over in Dubai or will they fly straight to Bangkok?
  21. Its about time us people from the North-east got another choice of airlines. Only have KLM - Which in my opinion r horrendous - China Airlines - Flown with them several times and found them very good, both in economy and business class. Been looking for flights for the Summer - Departing 21st July, cheapest I could get from Newcastle was £620 with China. (I know this date is the start of the Summer holidays but this is the only time I can go) We always get our trousers taken down when it comes to the price of the flights!
  22. Me and the wife r going to stay 2 night in Bangkok during July but we dont know where to stay. Last Summer we stayed in the Bel-Air Princess on Soi5 and found the hotel ok, good location cause we liked Gullivers and also a few beers in the bars around Nana Plaza. This year we r thinking of staying somewhere else but obviously within walking distance to Gullivers and Nana - Have been looking at Majestic Grande but dont know how far of a walk that is to the 2 places mentioned above (Gullivers, nana) - Seen the pictures of the Grande Deluxe rooms in the Majestic Grande and they look impressive. P
  23. I have searched through numerous websites and phoned loads of different travel company's and £620 was the cheapest price. I like flying from Newcastle just because of the ease (Can be home in 20 mins of landing), cant be bothered travelling all the way to London.
  24. just booked my flight - Flying from Newcastle, paid £620 - (Flying 22nd July which is when school holidays begin)
