When i go to the marriott I shall be staying with my wife who is Thai, I should'nt get asked for a joiner fee should I? When I book the room do I need to ask for a double bed and if I did'nt would they try and stick us in a room with 2 single beds in? £972 for 20 nights is'nt a bad price is it? Anyone found is cheaper?

just on the off chance I looked on www.airlinenetwork.co.uk for hotels in Pattaya. I found some great deals for next Summer - will prob be some for other times during the year but never checked, the dusit was only £420 for 20 nights, the Marriott was only £970 for 20 nights.

Thinking of booking up at the Marriott for next Summer, staying just under 4 weeks. I know its abit pricey but I do alot of my drinking around soipattayaland so I thought this year I will stay in a top hotel near by. Do u think they would offer me a reduced price due to the length of my stay? Also what r people's thoughts on the marriott? Thanks people.

just found a price for next summer on Airline Network, July 22nd till 17th August flying from Gatwick, £400 with Ethiad airlines. No good for me though cause I need to fly from Newcastle.

Hi Guys, I am busy searching for prices for Next Summer, my thinking is if I book early I might get a decent price rather than waiting and might end up paying abit more. Anyway, got quoted a price flying with China Airlines of £1000 Business class, is that a good price? Anyone got any other decent prices for next summer?, I fly from Newcastle so that knocks the price up abit compared to flying from Heathrow. I would fly Economy or Business if the price was right. There is a good place on 2nd road just after the South Pattaya lights, its is called Bob's Boot leather. It is a few stalls down from the Small Mike Shopping mall (dont get it mixed up with the larger mike mall past the marriott). Their will be a small blue sign hanging on the wall saying Bob's boot leather and u turn right and walk past a few stalls thats sell t-shirts, shorts etc etc.

In a few weeks I am flying to Thailand with Emirates (economy) from Manchester, I have planned to get to the airport about 4.5 hours before my flight just so I can have the pick of the best seats on the plane, do u think this will work? cheers lads.

I stay at a hotel in South Pattaya called Central Pattaya hotel, it has both channels your looking for mate. Great hotel, I am staying there for 3 weeks in July/August!

Hi everyone, I have booked tickets for me and my wife to go to Pattaya on in July for 3 weeks flying with Emirates economy class from Manchester. My question is can I upgrade my seats to business class and at what cost? I have paid 700 baht for a superior room for July. They have a special promotion on with sawadee.com It is only 2 minutes ride in a baht bus to SoiPattayaland and about a 5 minute walk if that to walking street. Highly recommended hotel, plus the birds who work in the hotel gym are off the map

ok cool, my only worry is that my E Voucher does'nt look very professional. When u received your voucher what did it haveon and look like? Mine starts with loads of weird texts then says my name and says this a evoucher for your reference, The says present your passport upon check in. The some more weird texts. Then names the hotel and its address and telephone number. Then more weird texts. The goes on saying holder of this voucher will be granted the following requirments. The states my name and address and when I am going to check in and out of the hotel and the type of room I have

I have just recevied confirmation for my hotel in Pattaya for July. The problem is I received an E voucher with the email but it looks abit screwed up. It confirms my hotel on some lines of the email and says this is the e voucher to present to the hotel etc etc, but also has loads of weird texts such as lines of AD0APQA9AD0APQA9AD0APQA9AD and more of stuff like that. I stay in a hotel called central pattaya hotel in South Pattaya. I like this hotel because it is just far enough away from all the action when u just want to relax and close enough so u can just jump on a baht bus for a 2 minute ride to Soipattayaland or u can even walk to walkingstreet which is about a five minute walk if that. I have paid £508 flying from Manchester with Emirates on 20th July till 12th August, I normally fly from Newcastle but the cheapest price was £682 with KLM and they r wank! So I can make the 2 hours journey to Manchester and save some money and fly with a much much better airline.

I agree I think Sven has done a decent job and revived England to the team that they once were. All we need is alittle bit of luck to fall our way in the Quarters and Semi's of these major tournaments. Well the football has just finished and England have strolled to an easy victory over a very average international side. England just had to much class and it was obvious it was going to shine through in the end. personally I dont see the point in getting the big 'fat' bkies out while in Pattaya because u never really get to open them up beacause of the traffic unless u go touring outside of Pattaya. One of the most annoying things is seeing the bastard Arabs reving them up up when u walk past, feel like knocking them out sometimes! Personally when I am in Pattaya I go for the Honda Novo bike which is all I need to get myself around Pattaya.

can I ask why some people are that bothered with using a computer when away in LOS, personally I could'nt care. Fair enough I pop into a internet cafe myself for the odd 30 mins or so but even then its only 20 baht or whatever.
