Good point, Jack. I recall when I had a storage unit the lock was mine, and I didn't give them a key. Then again, they sold me the lock, so perhaps they had a master key.

Where did you buy the box (I assume you mean the PVR) if not from Truevisions? As I recall the Truevisions box is about 4700b or something...don't know if that comes with hard disk or not. Did you have to buy or subscribe to any other package from Truevisions to use it? Can you use your Truevisions set top remote with it? Does it integrate with their channel guide?
