If you want to see your reputation, or that of anyone else, you can click the small icon to rhe right of the member name on the left side of the post. For example, CheshireTom's display looks like this, where it shows he has a REPUTATION 4 in the lower right corner of the popup display. Note that the popup display points back to the icon next to the poster's name.

Only members of the forum can access the gallery, so "public"really means "other members"of pattayatalk.

At the top of the page, you will see the GALLERY tab link. This opens the gallery of albums that have been uploaded by members and forum admin. The version of Gallery we use now is much easier to upload to, since it allows multiple selection from your upload directory. You can create your own albums, assign them as public, private or available to friends only. In the latter case, using the FRIEND system allows access to people you trust or know. Give it a try and, if you have any photos to upload, let's see them!

At the bottom right of a poster's post is a plus and minus sign. If you like the poster/post, you can click on the plus sign. To indicate you don't like the post or poster, you can click the minus sign (we aren't PC here...sometimes Johnny isn't up to snuff). Once you have rated a post, you cannot rate it again. That's how I think it works anyway..

You're not the first person to mention that. What's funny is I haven't a clue where it was in the old screens, because I never used it myself...didn't even know it was there. I've been using the scroll bars or the HOME key. Anyway, "Back to Top"is at the bottom of each page!

I've got a few formatting problems with the logo and the advertising banners. I'll be working on them to get them right. Things to do include: - adding Gallery component (again) - finding a nice skin for the forum to distinguish it from others (it might not be yellow anymore) - other things as they come to mind

The purpose for the change was to move to the current supported version of the forum software.

There is a very long running job that still hasn't finished that will fix all those quotes to look good again. I can't change anything else about the board until it finishes.

At the moment, we only have the stock blue skins. Other choices will appear in due course. That's because, as I said in some other topic on this subject, I haven't added the links to other features. I am still waiting for a long running conversion to finish...hopefully after I wake up tomorrow. It's a link labelled "View New Content" in the upper right of your initial screen. As for your other issues, I don't understand what you are talking about.

Invision, the company that develops this board software, has done a conversion of the board contents...messages, posts, userids. Customization (banners, avatars, emoticons, tabbed links, advertizing, look and feel) are left to the board owner to do (that's me). So, as I have time, I will be applying changes to the board to customize it. These changes will come online little by little until the board is functionally similar to what it was before the upgrade. In the meantime, you have many new features that make the board easier to use. How about being able to attach multiple files in one upload? Great for trip reports. New gallery software coming up.

There is a cleanup job that I have to run (it might take several hours) that will go back and reformat the quotes from posts prior to the upgrade. In the meantime, you may encounter some BigD style formatting. Sadly, it can't fix his

Last night police shut WS including discos that I could see by 3:30. They are actually coming by earlier by a few minutes. I have no first hand info on the other areas of town. Anyone? Shows are all going on as usual, have no concern about that (yet).
