It did seem contrived , one Scot gets to airport checks in 16 hours before his flight , then 4 hours before his flight decides to try and go back to Bangkok , Another has his wallet stolen , , after getting flight home , sleeping in the airport he manages to loses his boarding pass , as he's about to board the plane , Joe

  17. Ko Si Chang is an easier island to get around , found it a good place for a day trip , the Thais enjoy the place , Ko Samet has better hotels , beaches , caters more for the western tourists , No bar scene as such ,on both island , Both worth a visit , Joe

  21. My post is not a plea , I'm just surprised that Traffic Wardens have the power to enforce the no smoking laws , Joe
  22. The outcome , the guy was called to the office to meet with a traffic warden , and then was issued with , a 30 day fixed penalty notice for £80 , £20 extra as the driver had also been seen throwing his cigaret butt out the window , Apparently this was witness by 2 other wardens , Joe
  23. One of the works engineers was reported by a Traffic Warden for smoking while driving a company van , He was informed its a £60 fine or a court appearance , can't find anything in the Highway Code , Anyone been in a similar situation ? Joe Can this be moved to off topics , thanks
