Dynasty Inn is on soi13 ,a short walk (4 or sois ) , away from walking st . and there a few good Hotels in this soi . Dynasty is 1400 baht for a kingside bed in Nov , you could also try Sandysprings soi 13 . Joe

I looked out in envy at the pool at the Lek , was staying at the Dynasty . Breakfast is not an issue , it hard not to find some where to eat in Pattaya . Soi 8 your in the middel of the madness , Soi 13 just a short walk away . Joe

No joiner fee at Dynasty . they ask for ID & phone you when guest leaves , I like this hotel , No in room safe , but access to safe deposit boxs 24/7 Joe
