    Nightmarch

Maybe I'm misreading you but your link from post #3 worked to get me to the paper. Here's a link to March's Nightmarch: http://pattayatoday.net/newspaper/features/night-march/ Ahh, I see your problem. Drop the "www."
  2. Nice .
  3. They're not ours, and had Hanna Montana not been busy........well, you can guess the rest.
  4. What year you talkin' about? All I remember from the Bengals was "Who dey...".
  5. I'm sure the media has touched on it, but the only thing I've heard or read is about the game itself. BTW, the Who will be the blip between the commercials at halftime, the entertainment will be the game.
  6. Nice.
  7. I guess I'll simply have to wonder if the third post would have just read: 'Sad'.
  8. Definitely Darwin Award material. Curious....are you young and naive, or old and ignorant?
  9. The original is far and away the best, IMO. Grissom is in a class by himself, though admittedly my bias also comes from his role in Manhunter. Can't say enough good things about the Minature Killer, which to me is in the top 10 for Crime/Detective TV creativity. I will say I'm having a tough time adjusting to Laurence Fishburne, but I'm starting to enjoy him. Anyway, great thread.
  10. 194. His shit-eating grin is hilarious.
  11. No sir.....323.5
  12. 321 sliding and 207.4 on the fly.
  13. I'll give you some advice about your post(s)...... A--- Unless you're driving, you have little control over your personal safety, regardless of how much you think you do. B--- Unless you actually are Mr Dream Transport, you have no real knowledge of how he will/would deal with a driver, regardless of whether you think: "that's the last business he will ever see from Mr Dream". C--- Your advice was to hand a reckless driver a phone so he can possibly be chastised, and regardless of what you think, that is not generally a safe thing to do. Hub stated it well: "I probably would have tried to get the driver to slow down". If you cannot fathom dealing directly with the person who is at that moment endangering your life, by all means, use a proxy.....
  14. Based on Mr. DT's posts here, he's already told the driver anything of consequence and it didn't seem to help.
  15. Strickly my opinion, but I'd pass on Yensabai. Room was ok, nothing special, but the building was worn when I was there about 3 years ago. Not a real bad walk to WS time-wise, but the building location was not a nice area, and the naked guy in the wheelchair roaming the hallways was just plain weird
  16. You understood correctly. They grind the tooth so the cap can fit over it. They then take an impression of your teeth and make a casting of it so they can make and fit the cap to the teeth next to it, and to the tooth/teeth it will contact when you bite. If they don't take the "bite" impression they will have to do a decent amount of grinding on the cap to 'fit' the bite, though they almost always have to do some anyway. All my caps are porcelain and have gold in them, it's not that much more for the gold, and I have never had a cap crack/break/whatever. Not saying it doesn't happen, and maybe I've been lucky, but I have at least 6 caps and have had 3 of them for over 15 years. You might not care about how they look, but think for a second about which teeth do the most work in your mouth. If you come up with: Molar, you sir are correct.
  17. Pap, a truly good dentist will not let you put the cheap ones in your mouth. Take that for what it's worth to you, as well as: 'they're your teeth, don't skimp'.
  18. Have had one for 20 plus years and am very happy with it in that I didn't want a bridge. Looking real is the cap part, not the implant, and yes, properly made caps do look real if they get the fit and shade correct. I'd say the biggest problem with caps is the color. Caps, to my knowledge/experience will not change color, while your real teeth will. And remember that the implant will take about 6 months to fully bond to the bone, so you'll not get a permenent cap for quite a while. My only drawback is that the the gum has receded due to bone loss, so more of the cap shows than I'd like. Didn't have it done in LOS, but would definitely consider getting other implants if needed, and would recommend them to others if needed. Would I do it in LOS? I'll just say I'd want the best surgeon I could find......
  19. All good, but this one cracked me up Thanks for posting!
  20. No votes for EVA? I put them ahead of Cathay. My only gripe with EVA was when we asked for our 9th drink on the 3 hour flight and they brought me and my buddy our Jack-n-Coke's with a coffee chaser.
  21. Was the tip about shaving?
  22. Same experience for me.
  23. Sooooooo true. Makes me weep for the cow when someone wants their steak medium to well done.
  24. Neither would I. Personally I think them and Aussie football players are on the nutty side, but then I want a helmet on if I'm gonna run into someone when we're both running full speed. And while I enjoy teasing "football" fans I've learned to enjoy the game some. Just wish they'd use a stick and play on ice more often.......
