I am looking for a creative person who would be willing to write up interesting and eye catching property descriptions for placement on my company website. You need to be able to produce an interesting and informative description for each property without making assumptions or stretching the truth. I would prefer somebody who lives here in Pattaya and also has a good knowledge of the local area. This would probably suit someone who is retired and just wants to add some pin money to their income. If you are interested then please PM me for more info.

Just a quick review of this new restaurant. My collegue and I went in pretty early. Only one other couple there. We started with a G&T and then moved on to the wine. My friend is a bit of a wine buff and was impressed with the quality and selection but not the price. It was a tad expensive. As we decided what to do we chatted to the manager, Alex. He has high hopes for the place and I have to agree that there is a growing market for upscale eateries in the Pattaya area. The furnishing were pleasant and the staff attentive. Alex treated us to a small selection of his starters. The mozzerella was particularly good. My friend is not shy about telling somebody if he thinks the price is too much and he boldly told Alex exactly what he thought about paying 700 baht for a steak without side dishes. Saying that, when the steak arrived, it was excellent and perfectly cooked. I was very impressed with the presentation and the quality. I really hope this business does well as Alex seems to be good guy and the quality of food and service speaks for itself. If you have a spare evening, enjoy your wine and quality food, then I would highly recommend a visit. Contact: Alex on 081 4493765 Cheers!

Golf Lessons and best course?
LordFlash replied to LordFlash's topic in RideHer Cup Planning and Discussion
Thanks for the advice guys. I'm looking forward to enjoying some good weekends out. Cheers! -
Gentlemen, I have played a few rounds here in the UK but would class myself as a bit of a hacker... I'm moving out to Patts this month and would appreciate any recommendations for lessons and which is the best course for a beginner like me. Also, what are the costs etc? Do you have to have membership? Thanks in advance for any advice. Cheers!

Hi Guys, I'm flying out of the UK to start my new business in Patts on the 13th November and will need a Condo pretty quickly. I've seen lots advertised with Fair Properties etc but would prefer to get something recommended by my good friends here. I'm looking for 1 or 2 bedroom fully furnished for around the 20k Baht per month mark. I may go a bit higher for something special. Location isn't too important as long as I can get to a Baht Bus route. If it is a really good place then I will happily sign for 6 months but would prefer the flexibility of just 3 months. All ideas, suggestions and recommendations welcome. Cheers!

This is an email I received today from some phishing server: Hello! I am Nataly. To talk about my personal qualities I`l try to look at myself from aside. So I`m a feminine, charming, romantic and sweet girl. Yet as a person I am open-minded, easy-going, kind-hearted. From the very beginning I try to behave naturally. I dislike lie and hypocrisy. Kindness and decency are the qualities that are very important for me and that`s why I value them in myself. I love my parents very much as they have given much to me and I am grateful to them. I have some questions for you if you want to get to know me closer: 1/ Are you interested in serious relations with Russian woman? 2/ Are you planning to visit Russia? 3/ Would you like to correspond or to talk by phone? 4/ Why are you interested in Russian lady? 5/ Have you ever been to Russia? 6/ What is important for you in relations and am I right for you? I will be waiting for your reply to admin@bridegroom4usite.info Hope you will tell me about yourself, kisses from Russia, Nataly And this was my reply ( I don't care about them having the address as I'm leaving the company soon!): Natalay, Can it really be true? Is there a beautiful Russian lady just waiting for me? I'm so excited I feel I might burst and make a mess all over my keyboard! You sound so wonderful. Perfect even. Is there any chance that you look like the ladies I look at on those fabulous adult websites, or even better, my fantasy female Anna Cornercovia? If you do then I will agree to marry you tomorrow. To answer your questions: 1/ I would love to have serious relations with any woman but Russian will do. 2/ I was planning to visit my brother, who is in jail for drug smuggling in Bangkok, so I could stop off on the way. 3/ It is easier for me to write rather than talk because I have a very bad speech impediment that would mean it would take a long time to have a conversation and I can't afford the phone bill as I have been out of work for the last 15 years due to an industrial accident that led to the removal of my legs just above the knees and my left testicle. 4/ Russian, Chinese, Welsh - It doesn't matter as long as they can see past the 300 pounds of blubber, the fact that I am hung like a squirrel and have the dress sense of a tramp who drinks 20 cans of special brew a day. I want a lady who can see the real me. Sometimes, when I go out, which is not very often, women will look at me in the street and point. Sometimes they are physically sick. This is probably because of my highly contagious skin disease, numerous facial warts and a rare condition that means I have body odour that makes a frenchman smell of roses. I have tried to speak to people but my severe halitosis seems to put them off any further conversation. 5/ I visited once back in 1981 but had to leave quickly as the KGB had tracked me down and were trying to execute me. I'm sure that won't create a problem for me returning though as I have a new identity. 6/ The most important thing in a relationship for me is having a women take my virginity. Of course you are right for me - you are female. Although, to be honest, I will consider anything that has a pulse. Actually, a pulse isn't really that important either. I hope my few minor problems will not stop you from writing back to me. I have had so many disappointments in my life that I have become mentally unstable and I'm not sure how I would deal with the rejection. Please, please, please reply to me as soon as you can. I will sit amongst my magazines, used kleenex and empty take away boxes that surround my PC until you write again, my dearest Nataly. I promise not to become a stalker like the last time a girl said hello to me. I think the restraining order was fair, considering my actions. Gropes and ulcerous tonguing snogs from my bedsit in Slough. All my love and stickyness. Bob (But you can call me Freak - that’s what all the neighbourhood kids call me as they throw bricks through my window.) Cheered up my day a bit.

Well Guys, It appears that I am soon to join the ranks of happy men known as the Pattaya Ex Pats. On my recent trip out I had an interview with a real estate company based out of Phuket who are looking to expand into different locations. I am overjoyed to say that I was successful in acquiring the rights to trade under their very good name in Pattaya. I plan to arrive sometime in mid November and will be straight into finding quality new development condos. Once the business is established, I shall then be looking to expand into land, houses and resale property. So, if you are looking to purchase a new condo or you have any interesting leads then please let me know. I am really excited about this and have already spoken to several people about accommodation, budgets, transport etc but if anybody has any good ideas or suggestions then they will be gratefully received. I'm looking forward to meeting more of you and becoming part of the Pattaya ex pats business community. Cheers! Lordflash

So, you gonna tell us where you found this deal?????? Waiting with baited breath....... -
I originally stayed in a single room and they asked for 900 baht per guest and took ID. After a few days I changed to a double room and there was then no guest fee but they still wanted ID. As a hotel I would highly recommend it. It is expensive but the service and facilities are top notch. Just make sure you book a double room.

Drink! Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."-by Jack Handy I feel sorry for people who don't drink. Pattaya shooting Club was good fun but pretty pricey. We spent about 10k but we did go a bit mad!! All pistiols - no rifles and no automatics. Colt 45, 9mm etc. Any Baht Bus can take you there.

Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Ri.....Oh Shit!

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, it is on Nakula. Think I may change the booking to a double room anyway just to be safe. Manuthai: We arrive on the 31st Dec and will be heading straight for FLB. You are more than welcome to join us otherwise we'll catch up for a beer another time.
-
When we stayed in September and shared a twin room they wanted 900 per guest per night. The quiet man decided enough was enough after 3 nights and took another room so we didn't have to pay after that.
-
Honourable Gentleman, Due to the shortage of accomodation during Xmas/New Year me and The Quiet Man have had to book at the Pattaya Garden Hotel at the other end of Beach Road. Rather than ask the booking agent, who probably wouldn't know anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone who has stayed here can tell me if there is a joiner fee for any ladies we might bring along? We have, maybe stupidly, booked single rooms, so if anybody can tell me if these actually have double beds, that would be helpful too. Also, is it a fairly decent place? Cheers!

First time there soon + game 4 you to play
LordFlash replied to JonBreadMan's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
Excellent! Whatever you do, do not play this gane in FLB with the mamasan whilst pissed. She will skin your hide! -
Teng, Yep, Farman is right. All being well we should hit Pats by 7pm at the latest. I really want to get to FLB for that night so will be heading straight there and not staying in BKK. I reckon a half litre of vodka and some of that Red Bull concentrate and I'll be ready to party big time when we get there!
-
We are landing at BKK around 4.20pm on 31st December and have a car booked to Pattaya that can take 4 people. As there are only 2 of us we have room for 2 more if anybody wants to share the cost. Please PM to let me know. As it is New years Eve, we will have to make sure there is planty of beer for the trip down!
