20 thai men went to entertainment area in prince hotel and smashed a bar up, owner did not press charges when police arrested them. Police believe it is to do with the court issue.

prince hotel has been baught but mike shopping company so the entertaint are next to it will probably be going because that is part of the land. mike company cut the power to that entertainment part 1 night over a battle in court. baught out I mean

I have read that from 1st Febuary the 500bht charge you get when leaving Thailand at the airport is going up to 700bht.

I have used the queen victoria Inn taxi service before that is good Its 1900 bht including toll and its a big 8 seater car so plenty of room and if there is a few of you that is what you want.

do not get a taxi from inside airport ignore them they rip you off go straight outside to kiosk and get a taxi

bars have been knocked down on soi 8 opposite the bars below prince hotel. for a new eastiny hotel and it will go far back that the bars on soi 7 that have only been there less than a year next to pig and whistle will get knocked down as well

queens does not charge for guest

I agree it is the best and I dont think its that expensive.

queens hotel central road has swimming pool and is 600 bht a night sunshine hotel soi 8 800 - 900 bht a night has swimming pool

where do you change it in pattaya at a thai bank or a currency excnhage box.

last year in october I changed £1000 for thai bht and got 69000bht at my bank (lloyds tsb) just changed £1000 today at my bank for thai bht and 63000bht. 6000bht less that quite a lot.
