There is one option for you to come to Thailand, but it would be expensive and time consuming.

If I recall correctly, Thailand allows people to come in for "medical tourism". I do not know the details, but certainly a quarantine would be required and that is not something I think I could manage.

The guy "Mr. Roger Moen" is someone I know. I have met him and know he is real and not some stock photo from the internet. He is a friend of a friend or at least an acquaintance of a friend. When my friend told me about this guy's treatment of COPD, and how he was able to get off oxygen, it made me think of your situation.
