Pat,

I can't help you much with the 'camera cards'. I haven't checked Pattaya, but have in Pantip Plaza in Bangkok. Believe it or not they cost more than they do in the states, so I always bring several extras with me. I would think some of the Kodak Shops in Pattaya would have them, but I'm sure the price would be high. I remember going into the Sony Store in the Big C area to get a Sony Memory Card, and the price was almost double for what I can buy it here.

The place I get my photos printed from my camera cards is the Photo Shop on Walking Street. Its the first one on the right, just after going under the arch from Beach Rd. I have also have him put them on CD's so I could erase my card. What I like about the shop, you can go in the back room and pick which pictures you want printed in private. He has some good equipment and they will take the time to color adjust the picture before saving. Also, they have printed photos for me that I can't get printed here in the States. Hope this helps.

I get my prints done on 2nd Road near the Lek Hotel (on the beach side of 2nd, there's a row of shops, this one has a big Kodak sign and occupies 2 shopfronts).

Very good service, 7 baht a print if you do more than 12 or 15 and he will edit them digitally for you, cutting out redeye, cropping, colour balance etc etc all in the price.

Head to soi postoffice for a quick one while he does your job. :D

I use the Kodak shop between the KR bar and the beach at Jomtien. It is not private so the more risque pics are on a seperate card for printing at home on my Epson Picture Mate which is excellent and doesn't need to be attached to a PC. As for memory cards they are much cheaper in the UK from the likes of Dabs.com or Jessops. They are not cheap at London or BKK airport duty free either.
