Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Decent place, no fleabag, daily maid svc

that really narrows it down :D

pick one, make reservations for 1-2 nights

pick a half dozen others and check them out when you get to pattaya

sept is low season so no problem finding room, walk in ask to see room you will get, negotiate price and check out the others on your list, shouldn't take but a couple hrs

cheers

I would add www.pattayatrentaroom.com Yensabai Condo for 499 per night is a excellent choice. Huge studio room, in room safe, 25"TV,AC, fridge, kitchenette and it's a 12 minute walk to Walking Street.

Book the Arecalodge for 2 nights. Its a nice hotel, but over priced. So why would I say stay there, its slap bang in the centre of Pattaya, but in a quite spot, and a Baht but will take you to most places on your list. You can then work out where and what type/price of hotel you want. At this time of year, it "Kipper season", so no problem finding a hotel.

You think too much

Be careful of Rabbit Resort, the hotel I believe is good, but it is located on the GAY beach :D

Check out the Hotel reviews section, you will find lots of brill info.
