guest houses/cheaper hotels

hello everyone new to this forum

 

so here go`s...... anyone know of guest houses/hotels in the 300 to 600 baht range per night,or same price rage for longer stays,per week/2week/month..

dont care about noise,just need d/bed,shower,tv and not to far from beach and soi`s 8 etc

any help would be very much appreciated,did the search thing on this website but didnt find much, unlless im doing somting wrong

 

ps : im not a cheap charlie lol just dont want to spend 1500 on a room lol ,would rather spend the 1000 that is saved on ...well, you know..lol

intown holiday hotel and apex should suit you approx 500 baht/night..

the Apex is a shit hole and stinks of a bad european body odor smell.

 

intown inn, baybreeze, F&B also take a walk in soi LK metro too, you have to go in person.

Cheap and Cheerful, I would opt for AnnaJet

Its the basics, no frills but a great place to base your stay at and the rooms are cheap

The Sawasdee chain is pretty cheap and popular. They have some centrally located spots. Of course, expect a lot of run down rooms. I wouldn't recommend the Apex to anyone, since I've already stayed there before.

Both good at Bt500-650 per day. Cherry around Bt11k per month all in.

my girlfriend stays at the cherry lodge no air con for 3k a month !!!!

just dont get the room where the farang died last week he over dosed on viagra

i,m staying a a place called chonlanan apartment just off 2nd rd a 10 bart bus ride away near pattaya bowl on corner cost is 13k a month 5k deposit the place is 4 months old and every thing is brand new tv fridge a/c safe in room ect if u want pics u can email me at burdis@gmail.com .....its the best place i have seen for this money + for 1k a month u get asdl in your room ......which i,m on now with my laptop !!

Dont stay at the Sawadee Hotel, rooms very old and water pressure for shower not the greatest. Only recommended for emergency stay if all else fails.

Also true for DeSter Guesthouse on Soi 13--room I had was full of ants (running all over the bed too)
