Never been in there, but reading the Pattaya Mail that soi seems to be a hangout for criminals and drug addicts.

Place seems to be a death wish IMO.

 

Gotta be enough ghosts around there to scare off any self-respecting TG......

 

Plenty of good hotels in better neighborhoods. Why tempt fate?

Hi and thanks guys, sounds like it's place to stay away from and only reason I asked for your input was because on one of the hotel sites it looked like a good value and the photo's looked of it looked like it might be a decent place, however there were no reviews, quess that just goes to show how how those sites can be very misleading. You guys are great and thanks for giving the the real lowdown on this place, you saved me lot of grief. Have a good one and enjoy. Old Bud

Hi cnkbud!

I have stayed at this place some years ago, and although cheap I wouldn't recommend it even for my worst enemy!

Very old murky place with stained old wall to wall carpets, every room has 2 small beds that cannot be put together, oldfashioned bathroom with mouldy old tub, tiny old tv with only a few thai channels, small minibar, no balconies, noise from nearby discoteques, located in a gay area, was constantly huzzled by fags everytime I walked in or out of this Soi, very long wait at reception everytime you wanted your room key, loads of cheap asian tour packages tourists stay here!

Not recommended, rather sleep on the beach than in this dump!

I noticed that they put some new bright orange paint on the outside of this place, but I doubt that they have improved anything in the rooms.

They have another place Day-Night Apartments 2 a few sois up the road, and believe me it was even dirtier than the first place!

In my opinion Day-Night and Little Duck Hotel in central Pattaya competes about being the worst hotel in Pattaya! plahgat
