The room rate

I like a seperate shower that doesn`t flood the floor.

Bed size

In room electronic safe

 

There was a post about it a few days ago but no details were in said post.

I stayed their last November, and thought that it was good value. At the time, my most important item was in room broadband, which they had. My Telac at the time negotiated a rate for 2 inc. American breakfast for about 1100 Baut per night as I remember, and I progally could have gotten a better rate if I tried.

 

Bed size was the usual King/Queen size, and the room was quite spacious.

 

Shower was fine, with no excess water anywhere.

 

No in room safes, but no problems at he front desk to use their safe. The only problem that I had is that you cannot access the safe between 24:00 and about 06:00 (Or something like that), so the last night I had to empty it out as I had a 04:30 pickup to go to Bangkok Airport.

 

I liked the place, it was almost brand new, Breakfast was O.K. and the location was fine, with not much noise. I would stay there again, if I did not live in Jomtien Beach now.

I know friend stay their for1000 B , and he like it very much, their website show

 

more higher rate ,i don`t know why ?

Are you talking about the same place. Eastiny hotel just opened on Soi 7, I believe that the Eastiny Residence is on Soi 10 or 11 next to the Sawadee Seaview.

The one that I was talking about wast he Eastiny Residency on Soi 10. The Eastony on Soi 8 did not have in room internet when I checked in November

I wos talk about Residance on soi 10 and you will find on the left side from the

 

website information about Eastiny soi 7.

The Eastiny that is in my first post is

 

Eastiny Residence (ER)

Opened April 2005 in the center of Soi 10.
