Looking to book for a week at the Siam Bayshore. Guest freindly ?? Joiner fee ??

The location seems excelent. Any opinions.

Hi csoday I hope soon some others will answer your questions but in the meantime, a while back I stayed at the Siam Bayview(not Bayshore) but same company. I found them almost hostile towards t/g guest and wanted 800 bht joiner fee. Yes Bayshore is in very good location for Walking Street in particular.

others may post with different opinion/experience,if you are not in urgent rush to book,maybe wait for some more replies.

Sorry can`t help any more than that. Just an idea, you could maybe look thru. the hotel reviews via this site if you haven`t already done so.

I booked Siam Bayshore for a week about 2 years ago, and was very sorry. 800 baht joiner fee every night, tried to sneak girls in different ways, but they have workers patrolling the grounds everywhere.

 

Otherwise a decent hotel, but would never stay there again because of the joiner fee.

Hi Csoday,

 

Stayed for a week at the Siam Bayshore in August 2005.

 

They do charge 800 Bht - for a guest.

Porters are very helpfull but the reception staff are far too rude.

 

Breakfast is nothing to write about , but then I never managed more than a

day at the breakfast table. Got stuck in the elevator a couple of times and

the staff werent even apologetic about my plight. They did offer a meal as a compensation , but It wasnt what I was after . There was no apogly at all and the

Manager refused to meet me.

 

It does have a lovely pool , but personally you will never find me in Siam Bayshore again.
