Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

Hi Guys

Maybe some of you more regular punters than I could enlighten me as to just why so many hotels, particulary in this area seem to have developed this ignorant trait of advertising their rooms for rent all across the various web-sites of Pattaya, extolling their virtues and very competitive prices, particulary for the longer stayers, and then COMPLETELY IGNORE your requests time and again either for a booking, confirmation, availability and location etc.

This appears to me to completely defeat the object of advertising in the first place, surely they cannot be full at this time of the year.Below are listed my examples of this ignorant behaviour,

1/Thai Archer.

2/LKMansions.

3/Stereo lounge.

Whilst there is no shortage of accomodation in this area particulary in the next 6 months or so I still get pissed off with this attitude.Any recomendations for a 4 week stay appreciated. :finger :banana

Hi,

I think there is 2 possible reasons. Either they are fully booked and can't be bothered replying or they are not computer savvy. Having said that the guy from Residence Garden said sometimes the e-mail they send back goes into your bulk folder which like most people you dont check too carefully.

This is a part of Thailand. They are not exactly the most efficient people on the planet. Get used to it. :allright

You have 3 LK properties in this area, the Mansion which is the oldest, the Metropole and the soon to open LK (can't think of its name near Pattaya Klang).

LKPavillion, and I think it may even be open now.

No, Its the Royal Suites, I think the Pavialion is the one that is located near the corner of 3rd Rd and Pattaya Tai. They are also building alot of condos on 3rd Rd south of Soi 17 where Soi Yensabai is located.
