A guy I know have stayed there a couple of times. He thinks the place is great. Very quiet soi, unless there is some building going on that I can't remember.

I know Eric at the Scandibar made a deal with them but I think he gave them up.

Can't see the place listed at the scandibar site.

You have the Au Bon Coin restaurant almost next door... Can't ask for more, if you like some great food.

Maybe to close to Soi 6... :thumbup

I had a condo on Soi 5 for a year and this might be the bloody building next door that they started in my final months, so much noise even though I had a bedroom on the other side of my building, Quinta Casa. At the end of the soi at Beach Road is an enormous development, maybe finished now, which was derelict for years. Au Bon Coin french restaurant is indeed good, no smoking indoors until most guests have gone, but I didn't think much of the food at the Jazz restaurant also on soi 5, linked to the Pattaya International hospital on soi 4.

:banghead

I have just had an email back from them-they will charge 300 baht for a guest, and this is confirmed on website,so although place looks nice,no way would I pay that in Pattaya-it's taking the piss.
