Thai Air Sydney-Bangkok timetable changes

Recommended Posts

This is not new news but from December Thai Air will be introducing further flights for their Australian service.

For Sydney travellers at least, I believe this will be the best timetable/price deal available to and from Bangkok.

Hope I can get away sometime next year.

All flights are direct (daylight saving times) :

Syd - Bkk 1) 11:15am - 4.30pm 2) 5:05pm - 10.20pm

Bkk - Syd 1) 8:15am - 21:15pm 2) 5.35pm - 6.35am

More flights from Australia to Bangkok

THAI will add more flights and extra seating capacity from 01 December 2006 to make it much easier for more Australians to enjoy the THAI travel experience on the way to Thailand. Sydney and Melbourne will de-link and no longer share flights, effectively increasing the seats now available between the two cities and Bangkok.

Sydney will have 2 flights a day non-stop to Bangkok and return. Melbourne will have 12 flights a week also non-stop to Bangkok and return. Brisbane will have an extra 2 flights a week making a total of 5 flights non-stop each week. Perth gains an extra non-stop flight to Phuket and on to Bangkok plus another non-stop to Bangkok for a total of 5 flights a week.

These new flights are now open for sale...with Internet fares from as little as $636* per person plus taxes of approximately $240 per person.

Extra flights out of Brisbane also.

I always fly up on the Friday evening and back on a Sunday night. But I couldn't get the cheap fare so was on waitlist. My agent called me the next day and said you are confirmed on a new service up on thursday back on Saturday night, Same times as usual. These are extra flights as usual flights are full.

So thats good ain't it

See you January
