Lawyer Required

Looking for a lawyer to act for my wife in a house purchase.

 

The first one I approached wanted 3% of purchase price to do "everything" but I told him that was outrageous as it would have been over 200k. The 2nd quoted me 20k which I accepted. However the very next day he called me to say he was ONLY doing the house/land ownership issue at that price when obviously I want a full service when it includes land - the equivalent of local searches etc.

 

 

As a result I am STILL looking for someone to act for me (well, my wife actually) so if anyone has a good recommendation I would appreciate it.
