I have built 3 small houses in the Korat area with good success

and I am now looking for a small "cheap" plot of land with electric

water and telephone in place within a 10 minute drive from the

main bus station in Pattaya.

 

My partner is thai and we use a thai lawyer for the purchase.

 

I live in Thailand 2 weeks per month and will next be in Pattaya

March 17-31.
