nice place.. rooms are ok .. i found it a little to far out of the way .. on top of budha hill ..

still onlu a baht bus ride or mc taxi from town ...

but guest freindly and good staff.. manager really nice guy and uses these forums

 

given the choice tho .. go for res garden

Pattaya Hill Resort is part hotel and part condo. I bought a condo there almost 2 years ago and have been very happy with the arrangement. The only thing that is a little bit irritating is the fact that it is located off of a baht bus route. But it isn't a bad walk back from Walking street unless you have a girl with you. But any baht buss will take you there for 100 baht or less.

 

It has 2 restaurants on site and another next to it with a third across the street. There are a bunch of other places to eat within walking distance. The pool is clean and there is a limited weight room. And the view from my condo on the 20th floor is absolutely superb if I do say so myself. On the lower floors, there is some possibility of noise due to the fact that a lot of tourists don't know about the fact that there may be a breeze going thru the corridors. Thus sometimes slamming the doors if you aren't careful. But I enjoy it and would recommend it to anybody.
