Definately check out the LK Metropole, see the top of the accomadation section for the special FLB rates posted by MM.

 

I can highly recommend this place.

If you post your intended budget, I'm sure you'll get more specific recommendations.

 

The LK Metropole 1 Bedroom Suite is good value at 48k baht per month, but so is a Deluxe room at the Siam View Residence (next to The Nova Park) for 14k.

 

Come to think of it The Nova Park is pretty good for 19k, they should even have some rooms available during your dates.

hi there thanx for getting back with replies all of you .

also if possible to give you an idea of what im looking for well has long has its clean seure and nice and local pattaya it should be ok have stayed in hotels and rooms in the past also at friends bungalow id rather have my own accom arranged
