I used the place regularly over Songkran because my family were visiting and my Mother needed some farang food ( which was very good BTW). Anyway, to your point, whilst I was in there I saw no free talent as all girls seemed to already be with someone. Now then, two reasons why I could be wrong..1. I was with Mrs Bullfrog and have no need to look too closely......2. We were mainly in daytime and were never in after 10pm..as my Mum wanted to tour the bars on Soi 2 & 3!!!

I normally stay in soi 2 area and have been in Gullivers Pattaya on many occassions. Normally I have been in around the 5-7pm time and the one thing I have noticed is that it is not the same as Gullivers in Bangkok in that there are no freelancers around.

 

It seems to be patronised by groups of guys having a few beers and a game of pool and couples staying at the Amari and Dusit which are very close.

 

I don't know what it is like later on but I suspect it is in the wrong part of town to appeal to FLs.

 

Overall I think its a good place to go for a quiet beer, to catch up on e-mails (there is free internet access), have a bit of Falang food and watch a bit of sport but don't expect to find your 'companion' for the evening.

Bring your own. I have been there many times and have never seen a FL there. I think Gullivers is going for the non punter crowd.
