Changing Avatar

Question: In changing my avatar I'd like to use a file from my computer. Can this be done on this forum? How?

Go to My Controls and look for the avatar section. Open that and look for "Upload a new image from your computer". It will walk you through.

 

I don't KNOW this works, but it seems to, and it should.

The only selection I have in My Controls/Update Avatar is to use a Gallery avatar OR upload from a URL.

 

 

 

There is no selection for "Uploading from my computer".

Must be a "newbie" thing.

 

There are a zillion avatars on the Net. Pick one and link to it. (Careful because not everyone allows linking.)

It should be directly underneath the URL option.
