Well guys, I'm making the big move in March. The board has been very helpful. I plan on staying at the Canterbury when I arrive and going from there. I am a disabled veteran and I'm hoping the guys at the VFW will be able to help with medical insurance issues and things like that. Anyone know if they are a useful resource? thanks

i am not a veteran myself,however most of my freinds are,they meet at hog's breath,the place is run by eric,super nice guy,and yes they do help each other,would recomand you make it to a meeting and get to know everyone,i'm sure they'll be more than happy to have you

You'll find that they are a good bunch of guys and I'm sure they will help smooth out any bumps you may have.
