Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

I can provide a little help. The place is just a little over a year old. It is located near the north end of Buakaow, right across from the night market if you know where that is located. If not it would be almost due east of where Soi 9 intersects with 2nd Rd.

I do know that last year they had a low season monthly rate of 9999 baht, ( large ad hung in front of building) apart from that it is in a great location if you like soi buakhow,i do ,but if you don't then its a crap location. It has also not got any really loud bars nearby so should be fairly quiet (as quiet as pattaya gets)in the rooms .

I too saw that sign and enquired at reception if I could view one of these cheap rooms, only to be told that they only had 5 at this rate and all were occupied. Was told the prices at a monthly rate of rest and from what I recall they appeared to be more than fairly priced, however did not view any.

I sent an E-mail 4 weeks ago with further enquiries for next trip,no reply! :banghead

Thanks everyone and emil yes we do know where the night market is so thats a big help, but with stevomans emails and our phone calls not being answered its not looking good. could anyone recommend a good hotel with extra bed for less than 1700 bht a night as we are trying to go slightly back from the scene this year and take me off second road and the sois off it and i am lost. my wife and daughter are both thai butmy daughter has started asking a few awkward questions which is why we want to be away from the main areas but not too far.

If anyone can help it would greatly appreciated.
