Eatiny Residence soi 10

need a bit of help if you have the time, trying to find a hotel for around 1000bht thats central to the nightlife

 

Pattaya Bay Resort - i've read that the walls are paper thin

Areca Lodge - i think has a joiner fee now, not sure

Sunview hotel - pool only gets the sun in the morning wtf

 

Eatiny Residence soi 10 seems to have all i need, 1000 bht, guest friendly, pool with sun and central to everything

 

Has anyone stayed there recently who can give thier views?

 

if you have'nt is there any simular hotels to the Eatiny Residence that have a pool, central, guest friendly and around 1000bht

I stayed there last year in March for a few days. It is fairly new but the constuction is poor. Other than that the pool is small but looks out over the Soi. Very guest friendly, up to you if you want to leave your TG id card or not. Breakfast is included and not bad. Overall restaraunt is ok. For a 1000 baht I think it is ok. Nothing fancy but close to everything. I think similar to other Eastinny places.

As I remember, it is on the 3rd floor. I found it to be a nice, clean basic place to stay. It is in the middle between Beach road and 2nd road, so a bit of a walk is necessary to get to a Bahtbus.
