Fly Emirates £434 begining of October which i think is a fair price, flown with them before, not a bad stop-over either.

E-mailed Pat for a reservation and got a fairly swift reply from the guy, seems helpfull nice enough bloke just like some of you have said.

Its certainly cheered me up now i know iv`e booked the freaker again :)

Yeah, Pat is sound, he will organise you a taxi from BKK also if you wish.

I was in Loom 22, just one flight of stairs so it's easy enough when your hammered, not to bad for the girls in heals either.

Yeah iv`e asked if he can sort me a taxi, i usually use Mr Toom, ive never had a problem with him, just thought i would try a differnt one this time.

I hadn`t thought about the "girls in heels", ive stayed in a place before with no lift and i had a high floor room, i tell ya there was some puffin and panting and moanning going on from the ladys in heels lol

 

P.S i have been working working and working shifting 15ton of kegs a day to pay shit off and when i go this time it will have been a year since i last went, at least you know your going back....the time will soon pass :)

In my view there is no better host than Pat at the Irish Rovers. A 100% solid gentleman. Makes you very welcome and nothing is too much trouble for him. Stayed there during April and have booked there again for October.

hiya pat and joe,

just got back from 2 weeks in pattaya and just to let people know what a great pair of lovely big soft cuddly hosts pat and joe were to me during my stay.

i actually stayed next door in the passadena but spent alot of chilling time in 'the rovers',they've got a great bunch of girls working there which went a long way to making my stay enjoyable,a couple are lookers,and one ting tong lady cashier,dont let her bite u on the arse it fucking hurts!!a great place to meet new mates and discuss our adventures and compare our 'pattaya medal of honours'.

went on a golf day which was good value at 2500bht which included breakfast,transport and all green/buggy fees and dinner on return.they even thru in a bandit called 'dan',mind,i didnt do myself any favours,my score card looked like one of my old school maths books!!

also went on a crawl to the darkside arranged by the host and if uv not done this before then make sure u check out the butterfly bar,what a laugh,get the girls in the pool and u will see what i mean,some good looking girls there too,worth a belly full of anyones muck!!

will more than likely stay at 'the rovers' on my next visit,can hear pat saying 'oh shit' to that!!

so i extend my hand to pat and joe to once again say thanks to u both for ur great hospitality.

keep praticing the cocktails pat!!

Whats the Irish Rovers like for 24/hour access to room?, i have been known to drink very late into the night..... one time i over did it a bit, started drinking at dinner time and only got back to my room the following morning at 11am. Took a while to recover from that one and i dont intend doing it again. But i do like to drink till fairly late on.

From my experience you will find the bar at the Rovers will stay open so long as there are customers, when the bar is closed they have a night porter who will make sure you can get to the room, one of the best establishments in the area for sure.
