Anyone know how to fix forun glitches?

I have asked admin 3 times, but they seem unable to fix it.

When I click the " View new posts" it goes straight to flood control and the search function isnt working. Makes it difficult to use the forum. Anyone know how to fix it?

In the last 90 seconds, View New Posts and search have worked perfectly for me.

 

If you get flood control, you have to start again, sometimes.

It done it before but fixed itself after a week or so. This time its been about a month. Waiting the 30 seconds or so doesnt help. Admin seem unable to fix it

Anyone else having this problem? I've never encountered it either.

Sometimes I get hit by flood control when I try to jump around too fast.

 

If I slow down things seem to work ok.
