Charming Inn Hotel

When i was last in town there was alot of work going on at the Charming Inn Hotel (Beach Road soi 3). Anyone know if this hotel is now open including costs and what of the refurbishment was done??

 

Any info would be greatful.

It has been opened for at least 5weeks. The refurb looks like a total gut-out of all the rooms with new windows etc.

 

They took their time on it but i knew they would re-open for high season.

 

No idea on costs tho.

last year before new remaking the prize was 800bth for normal room.

OK, on my afternoon walk today I stopped by the very, very quiet reception area and asked re room rates.

 

1200 baht

I have just got back from Pattaya, my mate had a refurbished room on the 5th floor,big improvement on the previous compact rooms.

Floor is a nice combination of wood and tiles,beds are twins pushed together,nice bathroom with shower compartment,very big balcony with lovely seaview,in room safe.I believe he paid 1300.

Great location and nice pool,worth considering now.

I took some room pics,will try to post them when I sort out all the pics I took.

Asked about the prices the other day, 1200 baht small rooms and 1500 baht big rooms.

Based on that I will be staying at Sabi Inn round the corner for 800 bahts at nite.
