Club Misty's Vip Card Launch

Recommended Posts

Paps and Arno, everyone has their favorites, but on my recent trip to Patts, Mistys was my pick of the Gogos.

:D :clap1

And by an AMAZING happenstance, Dungheap is another customer with a real job! :D who likes Misty's.

Coincidence? Je crois que non.

I'm still in Japan now Dungheap mate, let's meet up in Shinjuku again soon :D

I'm still astounded by how many Misty's critics are either broke-ass poor or straight up make up the shit they say about Misty's (300 baht for one drink! er, no....) OR BOTH!

No skin off my nose, the less of you social-benefits scroungers, the more fun at Misty's for me! :D

An insignificant 10% discount is being offered and then only to so called VIP's who are in effect 'mates' of the bar manager

If people are not impressed by the measly 10% discount then they must be social-benefits scroungers?

Can't fault you for logic! :D

Give you a call later in the week mate. How about Friday? I'll have my dole check then. :D

Dungheap, Friday sounds good. I'm chilling in Kanazawa right now, which is a surprisingly bitchin' town. Back in my crib outside Tokyo tomorrow.

I'll be in on Wednesday, Paul! Thanks for the VIP card offer.

Have to say I frequent Mistys not too often these days, but whenever I was there the last two month I found it nowhere near full, but quite well attended. And I always had a good time, with the girls, and some customers, including a certain manager ....

Heads up Paul, and keep the ladies cold and the beer hotter ... err ....

Arno, I understand it's a lot of money for you. It just isn't for me. Not considering the difference in service, fun and experience.

Don't worry, I'm not judging you.

Oh wait, yes I am. :clap1

Sunny, now that you're out of the bar scene I can't buy you drinks in your own bar anymore, so it's going to have to be Misty's, or maybe Mirage now and again.

No offense, but your offer of a drink in your underground bunker makes me a teensy bit nervous... :D

Fine idea Dunghie but might be a high budget solution. The escalator - not the ground floor bog! I wonder if the preference for the ground floor bog is evidence of Mourn withdrawal symptoms? Rumour has it that you made it back to Narita with a few inches of bark remaining on your tree!

I was brave enough to return to Misty's after Dunghie's departure to collect my VIP card. Big dissapointment to find out that PSP was offering the card to any drunken Scot that could negotiate the run from Secrets to Mistys without doing a banana side trip into Baby Dolls!

Enjoyed the 10% Paul - great idea to keep the riff raff and ballon chasers away! And a real inspiration not to include the bottles of spirits and free mixers in the package! I avoided the temptation to climb to the top shelf!

Good to see you as always Sir!

Glad we were able to sqeeze you in. :D

Regards

Paul

Service, fun and experience???...Strange but that is not what Peterterb though in his trip report...or maybe he is also another dole queueing, benefit-scrounger just like the rest of us....

…Misty’s was rather quiet, not too many customers, not too many dancers, and the air conditioner was so cold that the girls were freezing. And the mamasan in there is a slave driver, barking out orders at the girls so they were constantly jumping from one dance platform to the next. Even when I bought ladydrinks for the girls, the mamasan wouldn’t let them stay with me….the cold air and the ruthlessly efficient mamasan made the experience less than great.

Arno, amazingly I agree with you! Must be the case.

Could the four horses of the Apocalypse be far behind?

Anyway more fun for me, enjoy your games of connect four at the beer bars! :D

Arno.

It is clear to me that, for reasons I have yet to work out, you are not a Fan of Misty's.

Given that fact, I assume that will not be visiting us any time soon which, by definition, means you are no longer a Customer.

Accordingly, I see little point in my addressing any more of your inane drivel.

Regards

Paul

Arno, amazingly I agree with you!

Well, I was only stating what I had observed at Musty's which seemed to be similar to what Papillon, Cheshire Tom, Peterterb, etc, etc, also found. :D

Wow! All four of you, no less! That sure is a great reason for you to keep pounding Misty's now that you gained a few allies!. It may not be as good of a deal as Catz, and I agree that it isn't, but it least it is a discount. I like Catz but I wouldn't stay there, sit and drink all night just because the price of drinks were less than Misty's.

Everyone knows that the tourists are Way Down in Pattaya and have been for some time. So, aside from a few clubs on or near WS that are always busy, isn't it fair to say that most are not?

IMO, a helluva lot more goes into a sucessful club other than the price of drinks. But, spare me explaining as I am sure it would go over your head like a recent rant you were on about for several pages on another topic----Until you went back and re-read the original post by the OP.

Oh! A question for you. Are you by chance related to Nok Tang?

C'mon, Jerry. You're a reasonable man. How much is a bottle of Singha in the place? At this rate I'll have to get on to Oliver to do another poll.

I have always had a good time at bars managed by PSP, whether it was Lennie's, Misty's - Soi Pattayaland 2 or Club Misty's

Pricing certainly varies from place to place and I love the Misty's ambience. A lot of investment has gone into New Misty's to give the comfortable feel. Catz is great too and will be able to price drinks better because of the seating and layout...

I would go to both the venues as I would venture into FLB, Secrets, Babydolls, NLD and a lot of other places...

See you soon Paul and I do hope to get my VIP card when I'm there...

From tomorrow, ALL drinks* (except ladydrinks) will be priced at 85B (65B during happy hour 8.00-9.30).

No exceptions - every customer drink in the bar is 85B.

Hi Tom. How much is a bottle of water in Catz? If 85baht, hardly something to blast out on the internet mate.

PSP, I see the magic word..."Pig" and will stop in tomorrow. I think I now know of TWO pig parties tomorrow so I'll bring an extra 500baht to buy my drinks. Really appreciate the bottled beer happy hour as well.

Cheers mate.

Looks good to me.

Does the VIP discount apply to Happy Hour prices too, Paul?

Assuming you'll give me one of course...

Don't tell anyone, but if you slide me one of those highly coveted cards I might buy you a beer! :deal

Champagne Charlie clamouring to get his discount card, LMFAO :D

The slimmest of discounts.. given out only after an application form has been processed...even a dullard like you should be able to see that it's not going to work :deal
