Hey Guys, One of my tenants had to go back to Finland to have eye surgery and will stay there for some time. So this condo is now available. There is a huge swimming pool and fitness center just steps from the condo and they are free and included in the rent at 6500baht p/m. The electric/water are billed at government rates and paid in the condo office. Wifi is available thru the condo office at 400baht p/m or you can have the TOT adsl which is 590baht p/m and can be installed within 7 days. My mistake,

 

First looked and thought I saw 85,000, yes 8500 is only and repeat only $240 per month.
