One bedroom condo or suite for month of March

Anyone know of a NICE serviced apartment, condo or suite for rent during the month of March?

Must be at least one bedroom and have a balcony. Non-smoking is fine as long as you don't mind me enjoying a cigar on the balcony.

In Pattaya

Beach Rd or between Beach and Second would be ideal.

 

I arrive in Pattaya March 2nd and will check out March 30th.

 

I'm a Residence Garden fan, but, no raise or bonus this year... so, if I can find a better monthly rate it would help with the old budget

I have booked the Jnr suite for Feb 10 I emailed them and they gave it to me 1000 baht a day for 20 days. no deposit.

 

I booked a friend in here for Oct 09 and he gave me a good report.

I too would be interested in this. I had a look at the standard Opey rooms and was not really impressed and the safe boxes were in the foyer if I recall correctly. Perhaps the Junior Suite has better appointments. I have however noted that studio flats can be had for as little as 15000 per month at VT6 and wonder if this is a one man option?

I'll also keep an eye on this thread, I too am a residence garden fan and have infact only left last week I stayed at residence gardens for 30 nights in one bedroom suite for 36000 baht not bad I thought considering Nov was busy season, I did note though that it was less than half occupied so they will do deals as will anyone else. The Areca I have heard is good and comes with two free breakfasts for you and your barfine

They quoted me 39000 for the month of March. Considering I am a repeat customer and book groups of up to six guys at a time, that just pisses me off

Did you have to ask for the lower rate or did they offer it to you?

Not looking to rag on you but hotels rarely offer discounts. You have to ask and let them know your a repeat customer and you've arranged group booking for multiple rooms. March is getting to the end of high season and they should be willing to wheel and deal. BTW you have to talk to the owner or manager as they are the ones who can offer discounts.

Good advice and this is one reason that I use outfits like Sawadee because in essence they are out there negotiating with the management for the deals on my behalf. Sure they have to make a living but I always get a better deal with the agencies that the rates advertised on the individual web sites.

Yea, you are correct, I will just ask for the discount. However, they do know me and the guys I travel with very well. Finding out someone got a better price just naturally pisses me off.

I actually booked from home and got that price when booking I told them it would be my 3rd stay with them and if they treated me okay I would come again and that was the cost for 30 nights which was good considering most of it was in high season. But I guess you should ask along the lines I did. Goodluck Zed
