I sent Bill an email and he responded within hours. To say he was full. But I do appreciate him being prompt. Joiner fee free. Location Ok as in on the baht bus route.

i stayed here on my very first trip, back then you had a sea view and you had sun on the swimming pool,new hotel next to it now,very clean rooms, no joiner fee, good choice

As my mate Surry said I've just returned after a 3 week stay and I found it a top class choice for the money.

 

Prompt replies via email with Bill (BJ) b4 I got there and my request for a top floor room was met (6th floor), reception staff friendly and helpful, no joiner fees (more than 1 girl?) security man (Pong) was top guy, maids good, rooms very clean and tidy, super shower, plenty of power points in room, decent tv, plenty of wardrobe/drawers space, decent and cheap food, good location about 100 metres from beach road and baht buses.

 

If I was really nit picking, no vanity light on bathroom mirror only in main bedroom, which is ok for u guys with electric shavers but I'm a wet shave man. Also no kettle/tea/coffee making facilities which meant another trip to Big C (about 400 metres walk) for a kettle, cups and tea bags.

 

All in all an excellent choice and I'd have no hesitation going back there .

I've stayed there a few times in the past few years but not that recently.

 

It is a nice hotel with very good rooms and a good restaurant.

 

BJ was one of, if not the first, Americans to have a beer bar in Pattaya on Walking Street right on the corner of the soi they named after him.

 

He's a good ole boy from Texas and he is more than willing to converse with you unless your a ultra-liberal socialist commie.

great hotel not far from bars soi 7&8 prefer them to walking street,then again walking street not to far either great management,pool good,and clean views in front completed recently to the beach have been blocked due to hotel highly recommend this hotel
