They look good value rooms at a cheap price as for the bloke getting stuff stolen well that can happen at any place and if he did infact leave the room open he is not the brightest light on the soi . i wouldnt hesitate in staying here thats for sure.

seems a very good deal if your staying a few weeks and has free WIFI and 250 Baht a day by the month is very cheap

Look at what Jackie said so dont blame the place its the fool for leaving those things in the room while the window is open in a apartment building.same result would happen in a hotel if you walked out and left your room open.using your method of 1 complaint every hotel in Thailand would be empty.

Well the guest is not here when he posts then we can compare but like i said 1 complaint and you know very well with the internet at hand complainers are quick to run a place down for some minor things. have you never heard a complaint about Secrets/ Areca/ lek or anyother hotel in Pattaya?

 

Imagine if people stayed away from FLB because of the complaints when fat Ben was the manager based on what you blokes are saying Martin should suffer for that.

I would say I tell you the truth. I can not control the tenants who invite some guests (bar girls,boys) from outside. The theif who stole his stuffs was a stranger from someone rooms for sure. Problem was I didn't have the guests that I mention personnel detail. Then,I put the warning sign in the apartment that everyone should be careful to let the strangers in and out with you. Normally, I have Key card system to protect strangers who are not living in my place to get in.

It would not matter if you gave rooms away for free some on here would still complain that your not paying them to stay in your rooms. 430 baht by the week and 250 by the month is a good price for anyone who wants to stay . problem is most couldnt find their way back at night time without a guide.

I dont want to join a board to read one person gripe on a place and if it is on the market for 1 mill i would buy it quick smart but i doubt 9 apartments will be sold for that small amount

the place is on the market for about that price for a 6 year lease and a rent of 45000 baht per month for the whole building including 9 rooms, website and a 24/7 mini mart on the ground floor.

 

It is advertised in the buy and sell on Secrets and Addicts.

Any hotels have no complain ?? If I said that I have 100 customers but 3 complainers. What would you say ?? It's not use to ask some good customers to write support my place. HOwever, if you are curious about it. I can do very easy.

 

For someone who don't know or never visited my place.Please zip your mouth. YOu can say something that you are in the situation. Otherwise, it's not fair for me. Come to my place, I will knock my customers doors and ask him to reply your questions as you want to know. I don't have only 3 customers. sorry.

 

Open your eyes and minds. You will see the world wider. Don't believe if you have only heard about it. I don't do business for one night stand.

I would say that a 3% dissatisfied rate was poor. I don't know all the facts but I do know that the longer you keep saying that it is not your fault the less I am willing to believe you.

Let it go ,forget it ,as you are just prolonging the agony and making a poor situation worse .Just my my opinion.

firstly we will stay at sun view place on soi buakhao, not far from you.
