On that form, please state your name, email address, message board you belong to and your chat board handle. That is all we require.

Yes, just stop by our location in Angeles City and ask at the cashier. You will be given a 10% discount card that has your name, handle and the board you belong to. The food is pretty good there but I mainly go for the grande daquiris. Nothing like a 1 liter daquiri to help you forget about life for awhile.
