Best High End Guest Friendly in Pattaya

Recommended Posts

We run a tour company here in Pattaya so I can give you the lowdown on the top properties as follows:

Definitely not guest friendly: Royal Cliff, Dusit Resort, Centara

When did Dusit Resort become not guest friendly? I've stayed there many times between 2001 and most recently June 2009 and never had a problem. They would always just take her ID at the door or more recently, the front gate. They even have had the spare toothbrush, etc for the guest. I'm asking because I sometimes think about going back, but I won't if their policy has changed. Thanks...

i have stayed at the Vault once, in 2005 for 4 weeks; stayed at the Marriott several times since then. The Marriott would be my choice over the Vault. Marriott is far more central. It is a good classy hotel while the Vault is a just really a guest house type place and not even central to all the action. Most of the girls and taxis didn't seem to know where it was. The Marriott location is superb. Also check out the Pattaya Bay Resort and the Sandy Spring, both near to the Marriott and far superior to the Vault. Only my opinion though. Have a good trip.

Do you mean me? Actually that may be true as I was researching the Hotel Reviews and a few other places to give the guy an answer and relax him., :D Edited by jacko

Sorry guys but I'm booking my trip to Thailand next week and I just need some confirmation from someone who's been recently to pattaya and stayed at LK Royal. Is there a joiners fee? Why I'm asking because I had email from hotels2thailand saying LK has 500 baht charge. And also a guy recently said on this forum LK hotels have no joiners fee. So you can sort of see why I need clarification on this. Sorry to bother you all.. Thank you..

Anyone stayed at the Cape Dara Resort by any chance? Not really from a mongering point of view, I will only stay there 2 days with my daughter...

I stayed at both the L K Metropole and L K Residence a few weeks ago and they both were very guest friendly.

I'm not gready and only had one at a time join me, so don't know about if there is a charge if you bring back more than one girl at the same time.

My suggestion would be to try somewhere well known to be guest friendly like the Sabai or Eastiny groups and simply book the best room. For 3000/4000 baht a night you will get something approaching a suite and be guaranteed that you will have no issues.
