3br Suite, Penthouse, or a villa in Pattaya new WS

Hi All,

 

Read around the forums but without a clear direction.

 

Looking for:

1) 3 Bedrooms ensuite

2) should be suite, penthouse, or villa. Preferably with jacuzzi or pool

3) Near the walking street (don't want commuting hassle when we are under influence :) )

4) Price should be maximum 8K a night +/- 2K bht

 

So far i shortlisted my search to the following, but still looking for something close

 

Pattaya blackbook villa:

+ still in budget

+ very spacious

+ privacy

+ great reviews

- Away from the nightlife

 

LK Renissance:

+great location

+ outdoor jacuzzi

- out of budget

 

Penthouse hotel:

+ Good location

+ good decoration and ambiance

- very good and very bad reviews

- higher than budget.

 

 

Guys, what do you think? Any suggestions that would fit our Party trip?

Secrets has a 3 bedroom place that I believe rents between your 8-10k budget. It located east of Sukhumvit which isn't near Walking St though. They also have a car service so you could make arrangements for transportation around town with them, don't know what they would charge for car service.

Talked to a couple that stayed there. They said the place incredible, but, the location really sucks.

My suggestion is that you look for 3 close-together rooms in a good hotel.

The Residence Garden has large two bedroom suites. You could see if they have an one bedroom next to a two bedroom...

Thats wouldnt be much difference from have 3 rooms if you have to split the 3 buddies. I'm in the same situation , thinking of booking the Secrects villa and having a BBQ with some of the girls (but the dates I wanted were not available) but after all the searching , I gave up and just spend the money on more beer!

The price listed is about 12k/night, but I think there is a way to get it for less (9600b/night).

I know, my post that you quoted was directed to Bazle and Sailfast who were suggesting that they just books some adjoining rooms at a hotel like the Residence Gardens. I was reading between the lines that these guys want privacy because they want to party, and not a party like a kids birthday party with bozo the clown.

 

The LK Legend may be too far off the beaten path as its on Soi Arunothai south of the Nirun Condo.

Well, as mentioned, we are thowing a party, only me and my best buddies, hence, we want to get wild, we don't want to disturb others, or let people see naked people running in a hotel halls

 

Well, i gotta check with LK legends. i only checked with LK renaissance and they wouldn't go below 14k which is way above our budget.

 

Well, i don't know much about pattaya, so can't say if LK Legend is very far or not. but i hope it is closer than jomiton beach, where most the villas are.

 

will keep you updated, also share with me what you got in mind. but thanks for the ideas, i'll try to go for the 2 BR suite + single room, most partying would take place in the big one, and the other is..... i donno, may be sleeping or recovering or someone want to have a honeymoon with his girl alone

Last time I checked, you can still rent suites at the Jade house. 1000 baht/night high season with very private swimming pool. Earlier in the day it is a pickup joint and short time hotel, later as the sun goes down, you would probably have the entire hotel to yourself.

You could stay at the View Talay villas in Jomtien.. They have three bedroom with Pool and Jacuzzi. I stayed there a couple of times and did not have a problem getting back and forth to WS by baht bus.

All the best eating places are in Pattaya,so why stay so far away.?
