It's in someone's imagination. So are My Dung, Hung Far Low, Yung Dong, Happy Crack and a zillion others. There are lots of porn shops in Thailand, and "fuk" with an "f" is a melon, common ingredient for soup. And of course there is Phuket.

Just wondering where this is. I presume that the writing is Thai? I was sent this and thought that it might be an interesting place to visit! :whistling: :whistling: :whistling: :whistling: :whistling:

I remember it well. For a long time it had a disco that was a great place to pick up women.

ACTUALLY I'm the one who said that Thailand has lots of names to snigger over. Actually, nobody denied there are lots of funny names. There also are clever any naughty and nasty ones. British (mostly) inn and bar owners once cornered the market on them in Pattaya, although authorities have wiped most of them out now. There are threads on the leading Pattaya forum about them.

But actually, there are ALSO several websites where you can make your own signs, with suggestions. And there are lots of image-editing programs you can use if you have more wit than that. Like the one in the OP. These Photoshop versions of allegedly funny signs are pretty easy to spot, really.

What forum would that be?

Good one, pap. You remember the pix or you don't, I guess. Frankly, can't be bothered to take the time to find the threads on it. If I were to do it, I'd probably start with "Fcuk inn" and work on those results.

Actually, you may have meant to say all those things but you weren't very clear. It sounded like you were saying it was just someone's imagination. Actually, if you read your post that seems to be exactly what you were saying. Hope that clears things up.

Have a nice day.

Yes, I also read his comment as saying that the sign was not real, in someones imagination only and had been made up.

The sign in the OP was not real, it was in someone's imagination and was made up.

AND there are many funny signs and punny signs that are real, but the one in the OP is not.

Thanks for the info. I have seen so many interesting signs in Thailand that I took it for genuine. Why not, in terms of some of the strange shit thats around?

Okay so enlighten the rest of us..... what is it about the sign that tells you it isnt genuine??

I've seen this one written up.

But look a bit. The font of the name is different. Note there is nothing AROUND that area, just a nice white area where you can drop your PhotoShop lines.

Also there is no Thai - and in Thailand if you have a sign with no Thai you pay a very huge tax compared with one that has Thai. The Pepsi symbol doesn't count, that's the sponsor.

My guess is it's a shot of an actual restaurant sign (left the hours in, why the fonts are different), with whatever was on it simply wiped out and something else put in. Pretty simple.

In what manner did I *NOT* answer that? You actually, you know, quoted the specific, actual answer. To wit:
